Perform data driven financial analysis which results in accurate and detailed financial reporting to Management. Develop adhoc reports to enable process and trend analysis. Design and develop various regular and special reports for both financial and statistical matters. Review of biweekly FTE and overtime reports providing analytical review of labor usage. Develop, prepare and interprets financial analysis, projections and service line reports. The role will require extensive data mining and abstracting of financial information from various data warehouses. Position is centered on analyzing provider productivity within industry using payroll data and patient encounters. This full-time, exempt position is part of Finance Group reporting to the Controller.
B.S in Accounting or A.A.S. with five or more years related experience in accounting. Applied knowledge of healthcare finance preferred.
Must be proficient in working with financial databases, spreadsheets etc. Strong analytical skills. Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the accounting and information systems fields. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
